In the past week, I've heard a lot of complaints about TVs in the Dining Hall. Usually, someone considers them too loud, too distracting, or just a general irritant where there doesn't need to be one. I heard today that they ought to be removed, taking the grievances a step further. There seem to be plenty of people who enjoy watching TV in True Grit's, from soap opera fans to students who want to catch up on the day's news.
