Rooms in house for rent, summer or longterm
longterm or short term, I've got you covered

I'm a recent UMBC graduate and own a house near UMBC. It has 4 bedrooms, one will be available after the semester is over mid/late may, and is available for long term. The other room is in the basement and is smaller but is much cheaper and just available for the summer. The house is at the end of a group of nice townhomes in a very nice neighborhood.
The house is in Richardson Mews Square, Halethorpe, 21227, on the UMBC bus route, and there is parking for free, and a foosball table in the basement, back porch for grilling, and a lot of common living space. The master bedroom is unfurnished, (does have a desk) and the other room is small, but has a queensized bed and is just available for the summer.
$650/mo including utilities for the master bedroom, and $350 for the basement 'bedroom' also including utilities.
