Hello, I'm a UMBC alumnus renting out my basement for the a short period of time (May to August) It's 500 dollars a month, electricity and cable/internet included. The basement includes a bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchenette and a private entrance. My location is in the Columbia area, near the mall (about 12 minutes from campus) Responsible students only!
