I went to the Spring Job Fair this past Thursday and was terribly disappointed.  I am an environmental science major and found zero employers interested in my degree.  Almost every employer there was in search or IT, Computer science, or engineering majors.  This isn't a huge surprise considering the job market today but I feel that the school should have taken greater efforts to find employers that represent more than 3 fields of study.  Those three disciplines do not make up the majority of the UMBC student body.  Career support fail.
