We're thinking about renting out a townhome, but need an extra person to make costs nice and affordable around $360 flat for everything included.  You would be sharing a room with a male UMBC student. 

Located about 5 miles from UMBC, great walking distance as well as walking distance to restaurants & groceries. 

Looking for someone with basic "living on your own" skills.  Knows how to take care of himself/herself.  Has sense of etiquette / manners, respect. Can keep shared areas clean, has sense of trust.  Open minded. 

Ok with mild noise, usually sleeps by at least 1pm, unless doing all nighter study.  Non-smoker.  Not an avid drinker.  Doesn't mind sharing (i.e. groceries, shampoo, etc.. )
