Cicada's are Comming
the next brood will be here this summer

Hello Everyone,
If you have not already heard the next cicada brood will be coming out of the ground this summer. if you were here during 2004 then you remember the last brood which came up, Formally known as the Great Eastern Brood, in 2004.
diffrent species of cicada's have a 13 and 17 year cycle. the one that is coming up this year is formally known as the Eastern Coast Brood. which last came in 1996.
Cicadas can cause damage to several cultivated crops, shrubs, and trees, mainly in the form of scarring left on tree branches while the females lay their eggs deep in branches
What are your plans to deal with the coming brood
