I'm tired of hearing partisan dribble on the subject (probably all I'll get here but I figured I'll try) I've formed my own opinions on the matter but feel they may be skewed because I don't know if I fully understand the bill or not.  So please, tell me what it's all about, if yall start name calling and getting mad I'm just going to delete this, so please don't.  I'm interested in facts, not opinions.  I am most interested in the economics behind it, thanks in advance.
