$275 Room in Townhouse 100 yards off campus

I'm moving to Florida at the end of this month and need someone to take over my sublease. The townhouse is on Westland Blvd, by the corner of Westland and Linden, in Halethorpe, 21227.
Rent is $275/month and utilities average 70-80/month. My sublease is through July, at that point you will have the option to move out or resign.
You would have 2 male roommates and 1 female roommate; they are all around 23 years old and UMBC students.
