I have a heart condition and I drive from Germantown, MD to UMBC at least 3 days awake. Even when I come to school early for class it takes me up to 20 minutes to find parking and I have a handicap sticker hanging on my rear mirror. Most of the handicap parking spots are taking. I need to find a parking closer to school. My father suggested that I should have a special request for Parking. I told him I can't do that, but can you if you have heart condition.  My question is why is it so hard to find parking at the school even for the Handicap with heart condition?
