....or at least his view on Marijuana are evolving.

....OR maybe he meant his views were proof of Intelligent Design.
Not clear.
What is clear, however, is that the Chief Law Enforcement Officer of Virginia (e.g. Ken "the Kook" Cucinelli) is being deliberately vague on his view of marijuana laws.
At a recent talk at the University of Virginia he said was "my views are evolving" and praised Colorado for experimenting with marijuana legislation.
You know the War on Drugs is lost when Attorney Generals and Candidates for Governors in "conservative" states, start distancing themselves from marijuana prohibition.
Of course, lest you think he's a RINO, he's still against public pools. That's socialism, dammit!!!
