Big furnished room one mile from UMBC. $500 plus utilities

There is one room available in a 3bed, 2 bath townhouse. The room is furnished with a bed, one chest and has a big walk in closet. The house is one mile from UMBC and about 3 mins to grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies, bars etc. The rent is $500 plus utilities which includes BGE and hi speed Comcast BLAST internet. There is plenty of parking both in front and behind the house.
Security deposit: One month's rent will taken as security deposit and will be returned to you in July.
Rent period: April 2nd, 2013 to July, 20th ,2013. You can always extend your lease with the owner's consent.
Common area: The living room and kitchen will be shared by all tenants. The bathroom will be shared with two other people.
Current roommates : There is a couple living in the basement and we never disturb them unless we have to do our laundry since the washer- dryer is in there. I live here with my girl friend and we are in our mid 20's having full time jobs and are grad students at UMBC.
Looking for : A clean and responsible individual who can pay their rent on every first of the month. NO partying inside the house as we like to keep our parties outside ( but we do have some friends over occasionally for couple of drinks). Our lease ends on July 20th and we may not renew it but you are more than welcome to renew it under your name if the owner permits you.
