House: a living room, a dining room, a laundry room and a kitchen on 1st FL, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the 2nd FL
2 Female graduate students currently live in the house.
the neighbor is very quiet and safe.
close to dry cleaning, gas station, grocery shops, etc.
Look for:
-a graduate student or working staff preferred: responsible, mature, respectful, clean and tidy
-no smoking, no pets, no party or sleepover
-Pictures are available.
