It's not that difficult to notice all of the signs posted throughout the library that the different floors have different noise levels. I usually go to the 5th and 6th floor because I have difficulty concentrating with other noise and distractions. These are the ABSOLUTELY quiet floors, which does not mean talk on your phone, chat with a friend, or get tutored here. Go somewhere else for this...that's why the noise levels are sectioned out to different floors.

Please, please be courteous of others and know which floor is which....and if you hear someone being distracting, say something!!
