I just passed the library only to hear the thumping a of a familiar beat. As it was cold, it took me a while to realise that the music was not emanating from the trashcans. Looking, I saw that a Harlem Shake video was being made. Is this the one that was planned by a poster and if so, I see no horse head or weird old clothes.
