Does anyone on campus want an e-cigarette starter kit?

I signed up for a free e-cigarette kit a while ago when I was in the middle of quitting smoking, and it just arrived last month, but I don't really need it any more since I've completely quit. I haven't even opened it! It's like a whole set from one of the nicer brands (Victory E-Cigarettes) with chargers and a bunch of refill cartridges and stuff. All the cartridges are menthol flavored.
All of my friends/family have also already quit, and I figured people on campus are always trying to quit (maybe now more than usual because of the impending ban on smoking), so does anyone want this? I didn't pay anything for it so I'm totally willing to just give it to someone who needs it.
Alternatively, would it be a good idea to maybe give it to the peer health educator people (or whoever it is that runs the smoking cessation program on campus) so they could give it to someone or raffle it off or something? I'd just like this to go to someone who's really trying to quit and will actually maybe be helped by it!
