Any Sociology/ Psychology majors interested in helping me start up a Non-Profit?

I am trying to start up an organization to fight drug addiction
in M.D. through policy/research/programs. The plan is to lobby for the
decriminalize marijuana at the state level so it can be regulated and
taxed; use the revenue from the tax on research, education and public
programs Compulsory DARE k-12 Offender/victim re-entry programs Drug
specific treatment and addiction services. If this sounds interesting
