MyUMBC has surprisingly helped me get a drummer, that also goes to UMBC, for a band. So i though it'd be great to use use this again to find a LEAD guitarist that also goes to UMBC. We're looking for someone who has atleast a good amount of experience and can really shred. We're trying to be diverse, from hardcore to technical metal.
