Looking for a Roommate ~400$/month

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a roommate to fill a room in the 3br townhouse I'm renting. Rent should be around 420$. House is carpeted, has washer/dryer, and since I've been here for a while I already have cable/internet, and utilities set up.
I actually walk to and from campus most of the time, usually takes about 15 minutes, but its also under a 5 minute drive.
