Forming up a band

Hey everyone my name is Mutasim Khan and I'm working on making a band here on campus. We have a place to practice. I've already successfully recruited a drummer and I'll be taking position as harsh vocals.
We are looking for two guitarists. One has to be able to seriously riff (Like a lead) while the other can jam. At least need experience.
We are looking for a bassist. At least a few years of experience or someone who can through down a solid jam.
We're looking for a programmer/synthesizer. Someone who can throw some real intense beats.
Finally we'll also be looking for a clean vocalist. Someone who can really sing. I can't sing worth crap so we need someone to cover that part.
Our influences are looking at August Burns Red, Periphery, Crown The Empire, The Devil Wears Prada, Memphis May Fire, and We Came As Romans.
