posted almost 12 years ago
This 2 bedroom apartment is carpeted, and a completely renovated unit within the Oaklee Village Apartment Community located on the West side of the county/city line off of Wilkins ave and Southwestern Ave. Conveniently located near the Caton Ave 95 exit, the Wilkens Ave 695 exit! and I-195! Less than 1 minute away from St. Angus Hospital! A quick straight shot down Wilkins ave to the prime parts of Downtown Baltimore! PERFECT FOR UMBC STUDENTS!!! I go to Umbc and my commute to class is 5 mins or less!
Large Living room! Kitchen has many all brand new wooden cabinets, and full sized fridge and oven.
Bathroom has great lighting and a renovated toilet, medicine cabinet, sink and bathroom cabinet. The hallway in between the two bedrooms has a large linen closet.
Both bedrooms have closets, including a HUGE coat closet in the living room, that is so big, I currently have 2 bikes, and 2 AC units, among many coats inside.
Rent is $858 for the 2 bedrooms! The apartment in centrally heated and is controllable by the temperature unit in the living room. HEAT, WATER, ELECTRIC NOT INCLUDED, but we only pay $100 a month total for all the bills.
I know this is last minute, but people who agreed to move in, bailed last minute. So, now im supposed to move into my new place as of Feb1st, but I need someone to take over my lease! Its a fantastic place, conveniently located.
We are moving out and we can't break the lease, so this would be a lease transfer situation.
In order to negotiate the sublet with Oaklee Village Apartments, all you have to do is bring two recent paystubs to show you are financially able to afford the apartment. Only the person who wants their name on the sublet forms has to bring the paystubs. Roommate #2 does not have to bring in any paperwork.
Because we want to be out by the last day of January and you can move in Feb 1st, I AM WILLING TO PAY THE $250 TRANSFER FEE so all you have to do is have first months rent in full when you move in!
***There is a small credit check, decent credit needed.
PLEASE CONTACT ASAP if interested so we can do the paperwork.
**pets-- Oaklee Village allows you to have pets, but they do require a pet deposit of $250, which at the moment we do not have applied to the apartment.
