ABOUT THE COMPANY:
Exclusively Entertainment is a full-service entertainment company based in Bethesda, MD, combining superior service and products with personal client attention. The company is directed by Iman Huschmand, one of the area's most recognized and experienced Master of Ceremonies. Together, with our widely respected and talented team, we are your number one source for DJs, MCs, Musicians, Dancers, Live Musicians. We also provide full lighting, videography as well as Event Planning and Production Services. In the DC Metro area, we organize and produce some of the most successful public events, routinely attracting over 600 people to our unique, memorable and fun events.
QUALIFICATION, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must be working towards or possess a 2-4 yr college degree. Recommended majors include Business and Communications Studies, but all majors may apply. At least one to two years’ experience in customer service, administrative work and/or event coordination is preferred.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct market research in the surrounding area in order to remain competitive as well as to develop accurate price points for new services
• Update online event planner when necessary with client, vendor, and event information
• Inform and involve past clients in current promotions and events
• Implement and responsible for all outreach for client appreciation
• Assist clients with any questions or concerns they may have leading up to their wedding
• Consistently update wedding websites and search engine listings to improve market reach and ultimately expand clientele
• Actively create posts on behalf of Exclusively Entertainment on social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Pinterest
• Aid in the planning, design, setup, and management of both public, promotional, and charity events
• Work closely with hotel/venue staff to successfully accomplish all event duties and details
• Order and assemble all public event admission tickets, decor and accessories
• Assist the owner in formulating innovative and unique marketing strategies
• Play a direct role in the design and organization of both marketing material and promotional events
• Proof contracts, marketing material and any other essential documents when needed
• Request for, screen, and interview new employees for events and/or logistical duties
SALARY AND OTHER BENEFITS:
$10 - $15/hour (Varies based on experience and level of involvement)
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Applicant may work from home, but one weekly meeting a week in Bethesda, MD is required. It is highly recommended that he/she be located within the DC Metro Area. Applicant may also be asked to work events if available about once a month.
