I attended UMBC my freshman year ( 2011-2012). Didnt get housing for the fall, so I'm attending PGCC now. I intend to return to UMBC for the Fall 2013 semester, so I know I have to apply for reinstatement. What I need to know is how I would go about this process. When and where should I send my transcripts, I know I have to make an appointment with an advisor to fill out The academic plan of action, but Im not sure whom with!
