New Future Designated Smoking Areas?

Ignoring all of the current designated smoking areas (assuming they are all removed), what would be one or two of the most efficient locations to create new designated smoking areas on campus? Why would they potentially be efficient locations for designated smoking areas? Also, are you a commuter or a residential student?
UMBC will be a smoke-free environment as of July 1, 2013! There is a Smoke-Free Campus Task Force working on an implementation plan– with representatives from UMBC’s shared governance organizations, including students, faculty, and staff members.
