Super Cheap Housing at Mt Ridge

My friend and I are looking to live in Mt ridge this semester. Its pretty much one of the nicest apartments you will find that are so close to the UMBC campus, as well as the shopping plaza right next to Wilkens. The best part is, if we plan it out right, base rent will be as low as $238/month ( not including utilities, so expect maybe slightly under $300/month total).

-large living area for everyone to use
-cable/highspeed wifi
The Plan
My friend and I can share one room, so we're looking for another pair of people ( boys or girls) to share the other room. It might be easier on everyone if you 2 are already acquainted with each other, but that's just a plus. Splitting the base rent b/t the four of us means you can expect to be paying under $250/month. The lease would be for a year . As a heads up, your security deposit will be alot lower if you have good credit history and don't use a guarantor.
