Off campus housing (Spring 2013)
$400 plus utilities

Hi
I am looking for 2 to 3 roommates to share a townhouse about five minutes away from the campus. The townhouse has three bedrooms, four full bathrooms, basement, fairly big kitchen and dining room as well as a living room; also has a backyard (deck). The place has furniture (tables, beds, etc..) already set inside but you can bring your own if you want; there is Cable tv, internet, washer dryer etc. There is also a convenient bus stop right across from the street, in-case if you don't have a car... I have a car, so I don't mind carpooling.
The rent is $400 per person plus the utilities. I am preferably looking for someone who can keep the house neat & clean, is studious, no party people (you can party outside), can get along with other roommates, be responsible for paying the rent on time, etc... basically down to earth people.
