The sublease ends on July 31, 2013 and any tenant would be required to pay rent and utilities through that date regardless of habitation.

Rent is $275/month and Utilities are usually 75-100$/month for each person. This includes 75mbps download Verizon Fios internet, Fios basic cable (comes with some HD channels) and Electricity/Gas.

House has 1.25 baths, 4 bedrooms, back patio, back yard, parking space in back as well as street parking, shed in the back yard. Gas oven and warming tray, gas stove, new dish washer, clothes washer and dryer, central heating/ac. One entrance in the front connecting to the living room, an entrance in the back connected to the laundry room, and an entrance in the back connected to the kitchen.

There are 4 roommates that share equally in utilities and split the 1300$/month lease based upon size of the living space being rented. 2 of the roommates are on the lease, you and one other will be subleasing.
