Hi everyone!
Looking for a female roommate to take over my lease in a 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment about 5 min away from campus. You would share the master bed & bath with another girl. Rent is $340 / month plus utilities and cable/internet (a max total of about $400). It is not on the UMBC shuttle. There is a dresser here for whoever moves into the room, so all you need to bring is a bed and maybe a desk if you use one. You can move in starting in January and you would pay the January rent. The lease ends in August, but if you don't want to stay for the summer you don't have to. You would just pay rent January - May.
Please please please let me know if you are interested!! I can send pictures and even give a tour of the apartment if needed.
