We are looking for a roommate to occupy our basement. Rent for the room is 270$ plus utilities (roughly 50$ person maximum a month). We are both females ages 23 and 18  that attend UMBC. Our town home is located in College Gardens 5 minutes from campus (very easy commute) and only 15 mins from downtown-inner harbor. The neighbors are great and we are laid back responsible tenants who work hard and play hard! Also we have a washer and drying in the home included in the rent already!
