Room for rent 5 min from campus!

One of my roommates has decided to move out at the end of the semester and we need to get someone in his place ASAP. We are looking for a MALE only roommate.
The room is not huge, but it is definitely enough to fit a bed, dresser and a desk. At one point, we did have two guys living in the one room so it is possible to split the room if you wanted the expenses to be less. You have full run of the entire house obviously.
The rent is $510 per month for your own room or $255 if you wanted to split it with a second person. It is due the 30th of every month. The utilities are divided by the number of roommates that live here and are due sporadically throughout the month.
Be aware that you will be living with one/two other males, one female and two cats! This is definitely NOT a party household. Most of us go to classes and just come back to relax at the end of the day. I don't care what you do outside the household, just make sure not to bring the party home.
