How does transfering credits to UMBC work?

I sent a transcript of 50 credits along with my UMBC application. I've been accepted and as soon as I'm finished with my current 2 courses I will send my updated transcript with 50+ credits to the UMBC Registrar’s Office.
My question is what else, if anything, must I do now for my credits to be transferred? Do I just wait until they're approved and hope they're approved before the semester starts or do I fill out some form?

Don't be shocked if all/none of your credits have been put on the transfer report yet, though. It took the office until midway through this semester to upload my transfer credits from Spring semester at my prior school to the online transfer report.
They put each one in by hand, so it is a tedious process.
