- 2 floors, we live on the first floor.
- 3 Bedroom Apartment
- Single Bathroom (Massage Shower Head if you are into that)
- Huge Living Room (Includes tables, chairs, sofa, TVs)
- Newly Renovated Kitchen (pots, plates, spoons, chopsticks, everything)
- Washer + Dryer (Newly installed early this year)
- AC/Heating
- Internet + Wifi

- Very spacious room, will provide pictures if requested.
- Rent is $497 (negotiable)
- Utilities are around $50 (includes cable, internet, electricity, water)
- Available after December 27th 2012 until Fall semester of 2013 

----------Roommates----------

- You will be living with 3 international students (we are all Asian)

- We are pretty chill with everything, you can bring friends, have them stay over, as long as you don't destroy the place or have parties everyday

- We sometimes have friends over to drink and have fun on weekends, but if you let us know about your plans (studying, having other guests staying over), we can definitely work something out

- We all have cars ourselves, so you can carpool with us if the time fits. No need to take the bus.

- I cook on a daily basis, so you can join us for dinner anytime. If you want authentic Chinese food, this is the place to come.

- We do share everything in the apartment, kitchen utensils, TV, PS2, poker set, even food. All the above comes with renting the room.
