Roommate needed for off-campus apartment ASAP!

Please help! My old roommate is leaving and I need someone to move in as soon as possible!
I am a 22 year old professional female seeking to share my apartment with another responsible individual with a steady income. I am very laid back, respectful, and easy going. I love to cook and bake (and will probably try out some of my recipes on you :). I do not smoke or have any animals, but I love cats and they are welcome in the apartment. Though I am very relaxed, I also like to have a good time and don't mind if people come over.
A private room in the 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is available immediately and has central air-conditioning and gas heating, a private balcony, and on-site laundry facilities located within the building. The shared bathroom is VERY clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas range stove (my personal favorite!). The bedroom that is being offered is a medium sized room with a large window and a large closet. Free parking is always available right next to the apartment!
The place is located 8-10 minutes away from UMBC and Rout 40 (where you can find Ross, Walmart, Double T Diner, Riteaid, Pier One, Safeway, Giant, and SO MANY MORE!) We are also within walking distance of public transportation, but I don't have a problem with carpooling if it works for both of our schedules.
I am asking $460 with all utilities included in that price (including Cable and high-speed internet, BGE, etc). If you are interested, if you would like me to send you pictures via cell phone, or if you have any questions, please contact me asap!!
