Myself and 3 other girls rent an apartment off of Route 40 in the Westerlee Apartment Complex.  I am transferring for spring semester so I am looking for someone to take my place in the apartment.  Since the apartment is only a 2 br/2bath you would share the master bedroom & bathroom with one of the girls.  Rent is 340/month, not including utilities & cable.  All of the girls here are sophomores and you can bring a pet if needed (you would just have to pay the pet rental fee etc).  We are just looking for a clean reliable roommate who will pay their rent every month and participate in doing the house chores.  There is a dresser for you to use, so all you need to bring is a bed.  The lease ends in August 2013, but I am willing to take over the payments for June, July, and August if you would not want to stay in the apartment throughout the summer.   You can move in starting in January after the new year and you would pay January's rent.
