Furnished Basement for rent one mile from UMBC

Hi,
I am renting out my fully furnished basement in a three bed 2 bath townhouse from February 1st,2013 to July 31st,2013 .
The basement has a separate entrance, private full bath and is fully furnished with a bed, couches, a dining table and chairs , a mini refrigerator etc. The basement is big enough to be occupied by two people. We have plenty of parking at the back and in front of the house. The house is a mile from UMBC and the UMBC shuttle stop is a 3 min walk from the townhouse. The washer/dryer is in the basement and will be shared by all the tenants.The house is just a mile from all the grocery stores like giant, mars, rite aid etc and is also very close to bars, pubs, restaurants etc.The kitchen is shared and you are free to cook whatever you want as long as you can clean up after you are done.
Rent: The rent is $600 plus utilities( comcast blast plus, BGE etc. ) The comcast comes to $40 per person and BGE can vary from $140 to $240 monthly (which will be divided equally among all tenants).
I am available to show the place either in the evenings after 6 30 pm on weekdays or anytime during weekends.
