Hey,
My name
is Tony and I am currently a 23 yr old 1st year grad student at UMBC. I currently
live in a five bedroom house in Catonsville Maryland with 3 other roomates. We are all males, but the house has always been co-ed and we are open to having female roommates as well. (The roomate who recently moved out was in fact a female and a resident for three years).
The house is fully furnished with a kitchen, washer, drier, and living room. The rent is 315/month, plus $60 for utilities. The house is in Catonsville Maryland, and is located five minutes from the UMBC campus. It is less than 2 miles from old ellicot city, and lies directly next to Benjamen Banneker park. The neighborhood is quiet, and is close to local Grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food chains. We would like someone to move in before the 15th of December if possible.
