Hi!

I am looking for a roommate to fill my spot in an apartment.  I am transferring for spring semester.  The apartment is off of Route 40.  Rent would be about $340/month (not including utilities/cable/internet) and you would share the master bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet with another female roommate.  There are 2 other female roommates who share the 2nd bedroom & 2nd bathroom.  We are all sophomores at the apartment but we don't care how old you are! :)  It's about a 5-10 min drive to & from campus, with traffic.  The lease ends in August of 2013 but I am willing to take over the lease from you once spring semester has ended, if you wouldn't want to stay throughout the summer (I was originally planning to pay rent June, July, & August anyway even though I wouldn't be living there over the summer).  There is a 24 hour gym pass included in your rent, and its only available to people who rent from the apartment complex (we have a swipe key).  There is also a pool pass but the pool won't be reopened til summer (obvy).
