First Person to DROP ART327 Gets A Gift

So I'm a part-time student at UMBC Spring 2013 sem. and am actually enrolled in UMCP.
Here's the thing:
I need to take ART327 for degree reasons at UMCP and am currently #1 on the waitlist. I need to be sure I can get into the class before UMBC makes me pay the fees to attend UMBC in the Spring. Since I'm not a real UMBC student I got shafted with a Nov. 27th registration date..that's why I am on the waitlist.
