Hi everyone, I may need a new roommate for spring semester. Apartment is in the college gardens area. 5 (10 w/ traffic) minutes away from campus, living, bathroom and kitchen areas are already furnished, would only need your personal bedroom amenities. Rent is 375 a month, Cable and Internet is 45 and Electric is about 10 to 11, pending on electric usage. Females only. First rent and cable bills would be due on the 28th of January.
