House:

House is 3 levels (4 bdrm 2 bath, large middle floor full size living + dining room + Kitchen.  Fully Furnished! Has a large back deck with grill, small backyard.  The room we are trying to fill is the largest room in the house.  House is near an all girls private school Mt. De Sales Academy.  The neighborhood is very nice, no sketchy people.  Lots of UMBC college students live nearby.  The landlord pay's for our water bill, and we have a large basement as well. 

Residents:

There are 3 UMBC guys living there currently (including myself).  We all get along and are sociable.  Our landlord is a UMBC graduate who is in his late 20's and very chill.  We only have one neighbor who is also very chill.

Looking for 1 guy/girl who is sociable, drug free, and will not smoke in the house.  Rent is 450$ a month.
