I lost my red card earlier today and I am aware that you can get a new one. However, if someone finds it, is there a universal place they go to? Such as a lost and found exclusively for red cards? I just want to ensure that it is totally lost before I get a new one. I don't want to get a new one then say "oh you can check here, it's where lost red cards are turned in at." Thanks in advance!
