Roommate needed! $260 per month

Hello all! One of my roommates is moving out at the end of the winter semester so his part of a room is up for grabs! You will be sharing a room with one other male.
There are two other males and one female student currently residing in the house. We are looking for MALE only students. Also, this is not a party household. What you do in your off time is up to you but we're not looking for someone who brings the party home!!
The house is about a 5 minute drive off campus.
