Mitt Romney shut off his aides' credit cards after Pennsylvania was called for Obama. That was 9:30pm, some 3-1/2 hours before his concession speech and after he assured his staff they'd be taken care of, regardless of the outcome.
Aides left Romney campaign headquarters on their own dime, most unaware until presented with the bill.
