Me, my roommate and suite-mate have noticed a decrease in internet speeds since we came back from winter break. I remember in the beginning of the Fall semester we got about 60+Mbps download and 70+ upload. Now we get about 4-5 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload. I dorm at Chesapeake and I just wanted to know if this is a campus wide issue or Chesapeake. If you don't know how to check go here: www.speedtest.net    and chose the Baltimore server.
