Looking for housing close to campus

Hello all,
I'm in search of a place that is nearby UMBC. I go to school full time and work in the city part time. Coming up with rent won't be an issue, though that all depends on the price. I am trying to save up for tuition next semester and so I'm trying to go as low on rent as possible. Between 300-400 a month would be ideal, though I could stretch that if the place is worth it.
More than anything, I'd like a temporary position. I do not want to be bound to a housing situation in case it doesn't work our or a better, more affordable offer comes around. I am a really easy going person and know how to keep a space clean.
