As far as my roommate and I, we are both older students (both 25), both keep super busy and am rarely home to enjoy it (*sigh*). We are also both easy to get along with. There is one female and one male if gender is an issue but neither of us mind if you are male or female. My roommate has a dog (an awesome border collie) and I am highly allergic to cats. Neither of us smoke and neither of us really have the time to drink either. We try to occasionally get together and hang out and do movie nights when we can. We're both musicians but we obviously are respectful and don't play all through out the day -  plus that would have to mean we had the time to be home and actually play. There is a basement and an attic for storage or projects too. The basement has a workshop area all ready set up. The rent is 600 and its definitely worth every penny.
