$400 Housing <1 mile from campus on free-bus route.

Yo.
My landlord is looking for a replacement after one of the other guys moves out, and his room will become available Nov 1st.
We live within a short walk from the Arbutus bus stops along Maiden Choice Lane and Westland Blvd. (there are multiple stops; deciding where to get on the bus is a matter of preference and timing).
The utilities, split between 4 people, have been averaging $55/mo, but are expected to rise slightly during winter when the heating comes on. High speed internet access and access to the broadcast television is included in the utilities. There's a communal kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, propane stove, microwave, and utensils and cookware for you to utilize.
Washer and dryer are in the basement, there's a full bath three steps from your bedroom door, and the whole house is carpeted. As a result, it's expected that you take your shoes off at the front door.
I'm unsure of whether my landlord would want females to apply, but he has no problem with guys, obviously, although he doesn't want pets. The only preference I would have is if you've got an Xbox LIVE membership and plan to get Halo 4 (and would be generous enough to share), I'd give you priority over others. :)
The house is quite quiet, almost no disturbances inside or outside. Shower-curfew is 10-11 pm, because it borders the landlord's room and he prefers to go to bed by that time. If you're not a psychopath, can take care of yourself, and especially if you can commit to staying through the spring semester, please apply. Just send me a private email and I can talk to the landlord and set up a time for you to visit to check the place out and decide if you'd like to move in.
Almost forgot--the security deposit is equal to one month's rent. I believe that's all the information you need!
