I'm switching from using excel to access as I've found that everything I want to do in excel is much better outlaid and formatted in access.  That being said, I've never used access and need someone to help me understand the workings of it.

I'd like to meet up whenever for a maximum of an hour to go over how to use access. 

I've been using this template and wanted to customize from there, but I don't understand how to completely change all variables(object/object names), or add/delete ones (1 simple instance, in programming if I didn't like a variable/func. name I would just do ctrl-F and replace all with the name I wanted).  Don't really know how to do that in access.
