Hey guys!
Pretty odd time, but im looking for a new roommate or mates.
I live in a 2 bed 1.5 bath townhouse. Its 3 floors and I am opening up one of the main bedrooms and the basement for rent.
If I few two people it will be $350/month, but with one its 525/month. Utilities vary, usually around $106-$130 a month.
I have basic cable and internet, as well as a washer and dryer.
Its a 10min walk from UMBC, and a 5min bus ride. The Arbutus line, 35, & 77 are all in 2-6min walking distance
Theres a backyard as well, and I own a dog. Hes about 8 years old, and well trained so no worries on the chewed up stuff, jumping, or annoying barking. Hes a pretty chill animal.
I am 20 year old Visual Arts Junior, thats pretty laid back and friendly. I like clean spaces as much as everyone else so please no slobs. Girls preferred, but im pretty open.
