Challenge: Prove Anything At All

This thread will employ (at least by me) the RQ method, which is similar to the Socratic or Dialectical method of dialogue. If you don't know what that means, you'll find out.
To start this discussion off, here is a simple question for you to answer (simple yes or no answer). Please put yes or no in your first comment. Then you can proceed to post whatever you like, but please answer the question first. No playing coy, okay? :)
Q: "Is it possible that everything that you think you know is in fact wrong?"
Wrong, false, untrue, not true. Whatever floats your boat.
The same question will be the poll question.
