Filming Location Needed- Apt or House
Need a grungy location

I need the use of a house or apartment for approximately 6 hours on a weekend in three weeks.
We need to be able to smoke in this area, and it should be a relatively quiet location. Existing furniture and decorations are not terribly important, but it needs to look a little grungy, almost like a band would live there. Beer bottles, ash trays, cheap furniture, worn rugs, etc.
